Broken light, irrigation leak, downed limb, pool equipment, anything on the common grounds — send it here rather than to a neighbor's inbox, so it gets logged and tracked.

1. Your report goes straight to the Secretary.
2. You'll get an acknowledgment, usually within a few days.
3. Items needing board action go on the next meeting agenda.
